About ZRE Investments
The company came to life after its directors took a step back during COVID-19 lockdown and realised the thousands of hours and years spent consulting, advising, and helping clients grow and build their real estate portfolios and amass wealth. We realised it is time to use the vast resources, contacts, and combined real estate and finance experience and become our own clients. Hence ZRE Investments was born on 6th January 2021.

To be prepared, we work closely with our carefully selected panel of investors and professional development team, such as our architect, project manager, planning experts’ and financiers’, to appraise deals, conduct market research and produce solid valuations, risk assessment, cost estimates and plans.
With our goal to purchase up to two (2) quality properties per year, we will aim to apply the smartest strategy for each one, and they include.

– Buy to Let and Hold
– Buy, Renovate, Refinance, Rent Strategy
These will be applied through a joint venture or strategic business partnership or our own full stake majority on residential, commercial and mixed residential / commercial projects.
